About Seigga MultiSport, LLC

Seigga MultiSport, LLC opened in 2013. Owner Briana Roehling is a fitness advocate, longtime marathon runner, and multiple Ironman finisher.

Briana was always active growing up; playing soccer, softball, basketball, volleyball and golf. In college, she added tennis, weightlifting and handball to her resume to knock out some college credits.

After college Briana was not as active, but in 2005 she joined the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training Program to raise money for the cause while training for her first marathon. While training for her marathon, she added in swimming and biking for cross training. In June of 2005, she crossed the finish line at the San Diego Rock 'N' Roll Marathon and the very next weekend crossed the finish line of her first triathlon, the Danskin Women's Triathlon. While her times were nothing to brag about, she was hooked on both.

Since then, Briana has completed 12 marathons and is currently working on her goal to complete a marathon in all 50 states. She has also completed multiple century rides as well as multiple triathlons, everything from the sprint distance to the 140.6-mile Ironman distance. Briana is a two-time Ironman finisher and has plans for more.

Briana is also an instructor with Texas Fit Chicks, operating a women's only bootcamp-type training in Pflugerville. You can read more about the bootcamp, and Texas Fit Chicks in general, on their FaceBook page, here.

When she's not writing training plans or out getting her own workout in, Briana is active with her children and family, her church, and supporting multiple non-profits, including Do It Like It Means Something; Team Red,White and Blue; and Beads of Courage.
